Calm Health is available through your plan at no additional cost to you. This means you’ll have access to the widely recognized mental well-being Calm app, which offers resources for sleep, meditation and mindfulness. A cancer diagnosis can bring on a range of emotions and concerns. Providing specialized cancer care management, our Cancer Support Program connects you to a team of highly rated physicians, providers, personal care nurses, and advocates. They’ll help you understand your diagnosis, monitor your medications and treatment plans, provide access to social workers for financial, transportation, and childcare needs, and more.

Help for kidney disease

If you’ve been diagnosed with kidney disease, the Comprehensive Kidney Solution program will connect you with experienced nurses who can help you learn how to manage the disease. They will also work with your doctor, dialysis centers and others on your care team.

Transplant care support

With Transplant Resources Services, you’ll have access to support throughout your care. In addition to being connected with experienced nurses who will help coordinate care with your doctors, you’ll have access to travel and lodging assistance as well as expert clinical support to help inform you on treatment plan options.

Fertility Solutions offers expert support and resources to help you learn about and explore options for expanding your family. You can schedule a call with a fertility nurse, search for fertility Centers of Excellence, and access 24/7 online educational resources. 

Virtual maternity support

Included in your health plan is a membership to Maven – 24/7 virtual support and guidance for you and your partner during your pregnancy, postpartum and newborn journey. With the app, get free access to a dedicated Care Advocate, virtual appointments and messaging, and on-demand classes, groups and articles

NICU support

When you have a baby in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), you want to make sure they’re getting the very best care. Neonatal Resource Services offers a team of skilled neonatologists, NICU nurse case managers and social workers to help during your baby’s stay. They provide support from admission to after discharge, personalizing their care to your baby’s needs.

Weight-loss surgery support

Get ongoing support before and after weight-loss surgery from a dedicated team of nurses. Our Bariatric Resource Services program offers educational resources, surgery preparation assistance and continued support to help you succeed.

Help for managing diabetes

Our Teladoc diabetes management program is designed to help support people diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. With this program, you will receive a blood glucose meter and unlimited strips and labels, paid for by your health plan. In addition, you’ll have access to a program team who can work with you to provide personalized action plans that may help you manage diabetes.

Hinge Health is a digital app for joint and muscle pain management. Featuring TrueMotion™ technology, the app provides exercise therapy tailored to you, plus access to a team of physical therapists and board certified health coaches who may help you:

  • Message a Kaia coach and physical therapist for resources, tools and education in the app
