With this plan, you choose a primary care physician (PCP) — someone who can help guide you toward better health, coordinate your care and refer you to specialists, if needed.

To enroll in Harmony in Southern California, you must live or work in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino or San Diego County.
