The UnitedHealthcare SignatureValue® Harmony HMO health plan is designed to deliver lower costs, more choice and a simpler experience. With this plan, you choose a primary care physician (PCP) — someone who can help guide you toward better health, coordinate your care and refer you to specialists, if needed.

This plan offers a streamlined experience with easier ways to find a doctor, more convenient ways to fill prescriptions, and online tools to help you get familiar with your benefits.

To enroll in Harmony in Southern California, you must live or work in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino or San Diego County.
