Colorado Doctors Plan® is a health plan that focuses on your relationship with your doctor. Here, you and each covered family members select a primary care physician (PCP) to guide your care and support you in achieving your best health. Colorado Doctors Plan uses your personal health record — including your history, medications, test results, health goals and more — to help network doctors coordinate your care.

Whether you’re on vacation, traveling for business or away at school, you have access to the Doctors Plan PCPs, specialists, and hospitals in any state — for any eligible service — regardless of your PCP local network selection. To find nearby network care, members can visit the Doctors Plan provider directory on myuhc.com® or on the UnitedHealthcare® app and search by location.
Live outside the local network part-time?
Please note that you’ll still need to select a PCP within the local network. If you don’t choose one, a PCP will be assigned during open enrollment.
