Choose the dental plan that works for you

Check your employer's enrollment site to see if dental plans are offered as part of your open enrollment options. Our dental plans are designed to help keep your teeth and gums healthier.

Dental plans include:

Access to a large local and national network of dental providers

Coverage on hundreds of services — from fillings and root canals to oral surgery and more

Preventive care, which is covered when you use a network dental provider

Using a network provider may help you save money

Before enrolling in a plan, it’s a good idea to make sure your dentist is in our plan network. The dentists and dental care providers in our network have agreed to provide services at a discount. This means that using a network dentist will provide you with a higher level of coverage and may help lower your dental care costs.
