Find quality care
- You will be enrolled in the Harmony Network unless you reside in an area within the Alliance ZIP codes list on the Search for a Provider tab.
- You will be assigned a primary care physician (PCP) located near your home.
- You will have the ability to change your PCP within the first 30 days of enrollment by contacting your UnitedHealthcare members services team at 1-888-641-9142.
