The doctors and facilities in our network have agreed to provide services at a discount, which may help lower your health care costs - that's why searching for network providers makes good sense.

Look for Tier 1 care first

Where you go for care can make a difference. Pay less by using Tier 1 providers. Tier 1 providers may include doctors, specialists, and other health care providers that are recognized for providing value in health care delivery.

Pay less with these providers

  • Tier 1 Providers: These are primary care physicians (PCPs) and medical specialists who may offer you the greatest value from your health care benefits.
  • Freestanding Facilities/Place of Service Benefits: Depending upon your benefit plan, costs may be lower when you receive services from freestanding facilities for certain procedures. These procedures include outpatient diagnostic services, lab and x-rays, outpatient surgery and scopic.  

Important: if you go out of the network, your costs may be higher.
