Sometimes it just helps to have someone to talk to. With the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you can reach an EAP coordinator 24/7 online or by phone for confidential conversation and referrals to expert care and services. EAP can help you and your family:

Within days - by phone or video - you'll be connected with a doctor. You'll be provided with personalized information to help you understand your options as well as provide you with a summary to share with your treating provider.

Convenient 24/7 Virtual Visits

With 24/7 Virtual Visits, you can connect to a provider by phone or videoGF3 – on myuhc.com or the UnitedHealthcare® app. Providers can diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions, including many of the same conditions as an emergency room (ER) or urgent care. Providers may even prescribe medicationGF2, if needed.
