The plan includes a Personal Care account (PCA). The PCA is owned and funded each year by the APWU Health Plan for you to help pay for covered services, including medical, pharmacy, dental and vision. The PCA is referred to on this website as a health reimbursement account (HRA).

Members have $400/$800 to use of the annual PCA dollars towards dental benefits. Using a Careington provider lowers service costs helping to save PCA Only dollars.
