Connect with an advocate over the phone, via myuhc.com® webchat or on the UnitedHealthcare® app — someone who can provide you with information and support to help you understand your benefits and claims, make more informed decisions about your health and access the care that helps fits your needs.

Behavioral Health Solutions

Access our large network of nearby behavioral health providers with options for either in-person or virtual care. The behavioral health benefit offers support for alcohol and drug use recovery, depression, anxiety and stress, coping with grief and loss, relationship difficulties, compulsive habits and disorders and medication management.

Enjoy life tobacco free

Quit tobacco for good with Quit For Life®, which provides the tools and 1-on-1 support to help you overcome cravings and withdrawals. The program includes access to a personal Quit Coach®, the Quit For Life app, Text2Quit℠ text messages, an online course and, based on eligibility, quit medications.

Upon becoming a plan member, you can enroll for the Quit For for Life program at myuhc.com.


The Quit For Life® program provides information regarding tobacco cessation methods and related well-being support. Any health information provided by you is kept confidential in accordance with the law. Rewards for healthier actions

SimplyEngaged® is a fun and simple digital experience that connects you to personalized health recommendations, content and resources. When you complete certain health and wellness actions, you’ll earn rewards up to the maximum for that reward. Covered employees and covered spouses can earn rewards separately. Children may not participate.

Available tools and programs include: Health Survey, Biometric Screening, Coaching, Wellness, Rally Missions, Gym Check-In and a Cost Estimate.

24/7 Virtual Care

Whether on your computer via myuhc.com®  or on your mobile device* via the UnitedHealthcare® app, Virtual Visits lets you and your covered family members video chat with a doctor 24/7. With Virtual Visits, doctors can diagnose a wide range of non-emergency medical conditions such as bladder/urinary tract infections, bronchitis, coughing, migraine/headache, pink eye, sinus infections and more.
