When you complete certain health and wellness actions, you’ll earn rewards up to the maximum for that reward. Covered employees and covered spouses can earn rewards separately. Whether on your computer via myuhc.com® or on your mobile device* via the UnitedHealthcare® app, Virtual Visits lets you and your covered family members video chat with a doctor 24/7. With Virtual Visits, doctors can diagnose a wide range of non-emergency medical conditions such as bladder/urinary tract infections, bronchitis, coughing, migraine/headache, pink eye, sinus problems and more.

Benefits are available when services are delivered through a Designated Virtual Network Provider: Optum Virtual Care, Amwell, Doctor On Demand or Teladoc. Your $15 office visit copay applies.
